Motor vehicle crashes are commonly seen by emergency services personnel, who must be able to access, treat, package, and disentangle the victims. This event will test the team's abilities to achieve these goals in a safe and efficient manner. This is a scenario-based event. In addition, a written examination will also be administered to evaluate the team's knowledge. Teams shall consist of 5 members; at least 2 of which must be certified as Emergency Medical Technician or higher. Full bunker gear is required. |
